There once was a woman who sailed around the world. She fell in deep love with the people of Cambodia. Struck with the devastation that resulted from the Khmer Rouge regime, she founded Claire V., a company that operates under the belief that fashion and world consciousness can go hand in hand. And as an executive committee member of BPeace, a U.N.-sponsored group, she is committed to achieving peace by training women in post-con?ict regions in how to run their own businesses.
This special person is Laura Godfrey – a mother (to an adorable girl named Harper…named before thisHarper was but a twinkle in Victoria and David’s eye), a wife, and whip smart business woman who despite working 25 hours in a 24 hour day, had another itch to scratch. Introducing….Polished by Claire V., a nail boutique and spa now carrying Box Intimate wipes. Laura continues to do good by partnering with Bethany Hall, a treatment center for women, by training select graduates and employing them at Polished.
